Peer Review Board

Editorial Policies
- Conflict of Interest: All editors and reviewers declare potential conflicts and recuse themselves from decisions where a conflict exists.
- Confidentiality: Manuscript content is kept confidential during peer review. Only authors, reviewers, and editors have access.
- Double-Blind Review: Authors and reviewers are anonymized to ensure fair, unbiased evaluation.
- Appeals Process: Authors may appeal editorial decisions with additional evidence or clarifications.
- Transparency: All published articles include reviewer names (open access option) or remain anonymous per journal policy.
Publishing Ethics & Standards
All editorial decisions follow international standards including COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) guidelines, ICMJE (International Committee of Medical Journal Editors) recommendations, and DOAJ requirements for open access journals.
