• Payment processors — Payment information is handled by regulated third-party providers; we do not store card details.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Data Retention

Published article metadata is retained permanently as part of the scholarly record. Account and submission data is retained for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Anonymised analytics data may be retained indefinitely.

• Request deletion of your account data (note: published article metadata cannot be removed from the scholarly record)

Authentication Data

When you sign in with email, phone, or Google, we process the identifier you provide (email address, phone number, or your Google account's basic profile and email) solely to create and secure your account. We do not access your Google contacts, files, or any data beyond your name and email. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

International Data Transfers

Our infrastructure is hosted on Google Cloud / Firebase. Your data may be processed in data centres outside your country of residence. We rely on the safeguards provided by these processors for such transfers.

Children's Privacy

The Services are intended for researchers and academic professionals and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
